We now have all three Cain wines back in stock at Chateau La Vin!\u00a0 The Cain Cuvee, Cain Five and yes the 2002 Library Edition of Cain Concept!\u00a0 The Cain Concept is the same Library Edition Vintage I had in stock.\u00a0 It is drinking great right now.\u00a0 I only have a limited supply, so don’t wait too long to get your bottles for the Holidays!<\/p>\n

Today’s Tasting!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have four great wines to taste today!<\/p>\n

Angioletta Moscato from Italy<\/strong> – This semi-sweet and slightly effervescent wine tickles your taste buds like the gentle caress of an Angel’s wing.\u00a0 The flavors sing to all your sense with delicate fruit flavors of peach and apricot, with a touch of honey.<\/p>\n

Feudo Principi Di Butera Insolia from Italy <\/strong>– Color A clear and bright golden straw-yellow, with faint greenish highlights. Bouquet Broad, with hints of exotic fruit and broom flowers. Flavor Rich and well-balanced, with delicate, sweetish hints of almonds.<\/p>\n

Santa Julia Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina<\/strong> – Made with Organic Grapes! Santa Julia represents their strong commitment to Sustainability, the people and the land. This wine has a nose mainly of black cherries, prunes, blackberries and spcies. It is full-bodied and rich, balanced with fine tannins and has a long and persistent finish. 88pts. RP & WE.<\/p>\n

Carol Shelton Monga Zin from California<\/strong> – Carol Shelton is widely cited as the most awarded winemaker in the United States. She has won countless medals for her wines and has been honored as Winemaker of the Year numerous times. After years of working with some of the industry’s top winemakers and wineries, Carol continues to win awards and accolades for premium Zinfandels produced under her own brand, Carol Shelton Wines. This Zinfandel exhibits a humongous mouth-filling array of very bright pomegranate-wild cherry fruit, brown sugary caramel oak, milk chocolate, and fragrant Asian spices. The winery christened the “Monga Zin” as they stumbled while saying its appellation too many times, probably after having too much of this humongous mouthful of fruit and rich milk chocolate. The wine is 100% Zinfandel from the Jose Lopez Vineyard, a dry-farmed, CCOF certified organic vineyard in the Cucamonga Valley planted in 1918.<\/p>\n

Special Duckhorn Vineyards Wine Tasting!<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, December 11th, Koerner Distributor’s is sponsoring a very special Duckhorn Vineyards Wine Tasting Event at Chateau La Vin!\u00a0 Paula Widmair from Duckhorn Vineyards will be here pouring a great selection of their great wines!\u00a0 Here is the list!\u00a0 Decoy Sauvignon Blanc, Migration Chardonnay, Decoy Merlot, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon, Decoy Red Wine, Migration Pinot Noir, Duckhorn Merlot, Duckhorn Paraduxx and Duckhorn Howell Mountain Red Wine.\u00a0 The tasting starts at 6:00 and we will have some special offers going on all day!\u00a0 Not only are they great wines, but they make a great Christmas gift!<\/p>\n
