Serenity white blend from California ($17.99) – <\/strong>The 2011 Serenity is a distinctive proprietary blend that displays fruit forward aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, nectarine and with expressive minerality. The flavors are rich and deep showing white peach, passion fruit, and honeydew melon with a hint of lime. The wine is well-balanced, leaving a long, clean and well-textured finish, like summer in a glass.\u00a0 56% Pinot Grigio, 31% Sauvignon Blanc ,13% Gew\u00fcrztraminer..<\/p>\n

Tarot Grenache from Australia ($14.99) – <\/strong>Bright ruby. An intensely floral nose features red berry preserves, rose, jasmine and candied licorice. Juicy and perfumed in the mouth, with a silky touch to the intense raspberry and floral pastille flavors. Youthfully fruity wine, with tangy acidity that needs a little time to harmonize with the primary fruit. Gerard Bertrand Minervois blend from France ($17.99)<\/strong> – Syrah\/Carignan blend.\u00a0 The nose is loaded with garrigue aromas, mostly rosemary and dried bay leaf, lifted by vibrant black cherry and black berry jam. Licorice and spice unfold in the chewy mouth, with a decadent milk chocolate infused finish.\u00a0 91pts. WE.<\/p>\n

There will be a kids art and activities area, delicious food & lively music by Second Sojourn & Randy Webb. Chateau La Vin will be open early for this great event!\u00a0 Come in and sample some wine while you look at the great artwork!<\/p>\n

Columbia FestiFall!<\/strong><\/p>\n

September 30, 1:00 PM\u2009-\u20096:00 PM @ Metter Park.\u00a0 Offering unique home decor, seasonal items, jewlery, gifts, delicious food, wine tasting by Chateau La Vin<\/strong> and fabulous kids activities including the YMCA climbing wall, bounce house, pumpking painting, games & more! ‘WELL HUNGARIANS – COUNTRY GROUP OF THE YEAR” will be providing a variety of country, rock and classic cover songs sure to please the crowd from 2-6 p.m.\u00a0 This will be Chateau La Vin’s second appearance at FestiFall!\u00a0 The shop will be closed because everyone will be at Metter Park!<\/p>\n
