Today’s tasting features a couple of new wines from South America.\u00a0 Norton Cosecha Tardia Chardonnay Late Harvest from Argentina and Kaiken Malbec also from Argentina.<\/p>\n

Norton Cosecha Tardia Chardonnay Late Harvest ($12.99) – Harvested late in the season, the Cosecha Tardia (or Late Harvest) is bright golden yellow in color. Aromas of flowers and peaches on the nose give way to a palate with pleasant acidity and balanced tannins. Excellent in the mouth, nice acidity, pleasant finish and a little sweet!<\/p>\n

Kaiken Malbec ($13.99) – The wine presents an vivid ruby red color with purple hues. \u00a0On the mouth, red fruits and elegant spicy touches enhance its complexity, mixing harmoniously with the oak. \u00a0Soft and silky on the mouth, where the wines fruit intensity is instantly recognizable, blending perfectly with the oak ageing. \u00a0Its unique structure, due to the maturity and softness of its tannins, provides a long and persistent finish.<\/p>\n
