This was a fantastic event last year and looks to be even better this year! It is from 5 &#8211; 9 on Historic Main Street Columbia IL. There will be a contest for Best Hat, Best Broom (at Chateau La Vin!), Scariest Witch Costume &amp; Prettiest Witch Costume! Twenty one Historic Main Street businesses are participating! There will be lots of specials for all of the Witches to take advantage of!
