The Semillon grape variety brings flesh and volume to the wine, while the Muscadelle gives rounded wines of good acidity, with musky and honey aromas, delicate and powerful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Chateau Beausejour Fronsac 2010 Bordeauz ($19.99) &#8211; <\/b>\u00a02010 was another great vintage from Bordeaux.\u00a0 These wines are just starting to be released.\u00a0 The blend is 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. This wine is a little unique because it was not aged in oak barrels.\u00a0 It is ready to drink now even though it is still young.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Chateau Jourdan 2005 Bordeaux Superieur ($24.99) &#8211; <\/b>The 2005 Vintage was one of the best of all time for the Bordeaux region of France.\u00a0 Wine Spectator gave the vintage 99 Pts!\u00a0 Chateau Jourdan is 60% Cab Franc, 35% Merlot &amp; 5% Cab&#8211;Nose Of Blackcurrant &amp; Ripe Cherry&#8211;Smooth &amp; Finely Structured Palate Of Ripe Black Fruit!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Chateau Senailhac 2005 Bordeaux Superieur ($27.99) &#8211;<\/b> Smoky Aromas Of Game, Mocha, Dark Berry &amp; Cocoa&#8211;Lots Of Red Fruit Flavors With Game Notes &amp; Gripping Tannins.\u00a0 A combination of microclimate, specific soil types and a subtle blending of five Bordeaux native grapes. 43% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>Chevalier De Rauzan-Gassies 2008 Margaux ($44.99) &#8211;<\/b> This second growth Bordeaux is a vivid, brilliant crimson color with floral, spice and dark berry aromas, and is smooth and elegant on the palate.\u00a0 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Vincent may bring one or two more Bordeaux wines with him to taste if he can get them today.\u00a0 See you tonight!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Like us on Facebook!<\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bordeaux Tasting with Vincent Peyrat!
