01 Nov Chateau La Vin’s Awning is Here!
The new awning is finally here. Now it should be easy for everyone to find the new wine shop in Columbia. To celebrate the installation of the new awning I am featuring two great wines at a substantial discount to you!
The first wine is from Italy. The 2006 Belcore – Sangiovese 80% Merlot 20% aged in 300 lt French tonneaux for about eight months, then six months in bottle before the release on the market. Intense purple color tending to violet. The palate bursts with attractive violet and blackberry notes followed by a long, substantial finish. Normally priced at $23.99. Today Only for $19.99 while supplies last!
The second wine is from Spain. The 2010 Palacio De Bornos – Verdejo grape. I fell in love with this wine when I tasted it for the Columbia FestiFall event. Such a great white wine for all occasions. Pale straw color and a lively, aromatic nose with citrus (grapefruit) and fruit (apple/pear), along with orange peel and fresh, grassy herbs. The classic varietal orange zest “zip” reappears on the palate along with crisp citrus and tree fruit flavors. Nice long fresh clean finish. Normally priced at $13.99. Today Only for $11.49 while supplies last!
