Wine and Food Pairing!

On Wednesday, February 1st at 7:00pm, Chateau La Vin will have its first Wine and Food Pairing!  Chef Bryan Scott will prepare five courses and we will have a different wine paired with each course.  Each course will be a “Small Plate” tasting with a nice tasting size of each wine.  It is a great opportunity to sample a variety of food and wine at a very reasonable price.  It should be a great evening!  Bryan Scott is an accomplished Chef with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management.  He has had the privilege of training in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in St. Louis including, The Adams Mark, The Radisson in Clayton, Patrick’s at West Port, and the Historic Bevo Mill.  His culinary history has taken him around the world to London, Paris and Rome to study the Culinary Arts.  I am so excited to have him bring his talent to Chateau La Vin!
