Eberle Cotes-du-Robles Blanc (45% Roussanne, 28% Grenache Blanc and 27% Viognier) – Nice herbal citrus notes. Great floral bouquet of honeysuckle and apricot with flavors of melon, peach and ginger.
Eberle Syrah – Offers aromas of dried herb and sage, with dusty cedar and dried berry scents reflecting a cooler vintage. More complex and complete on the finish. A solid bet for the cellar. Best from 2014 through 2024.
Eberle Vineyard Selection Cabernet Sauvignon – Young, featuring plum, sage and blackberry flavors, gripped by thick, sinewy tannins, with pepper, tobacco and cedar details and a long, graceful finish. 90 Pts. WS
Eberle Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon – Our Flagship! The 2011 vintage is an exceptional vintage The palate is full of rich flavors of cassis, black cherry cola with notes of dark chocolate and a hint of sweet marjoram.
Eberle Zinfandel – Showcases two of Paso Robles finest Zinfandel vineyards, the reputable Steinbeck Vineyard and the Wine-Bush Vineyard. When you put these two vineyards together the result is a Zinfandel that has a bounty of fruit expression with balanced tannins and acid. Aromas of plum jam and black licorice dance on the nose, while the palate is engulfed in rich dark bramble berry flavors with hints of cocoa and black pepper.
Casey Reeves Live at 7:30!
Casey Reeves will follow up the tasting with some great music in the Wine Garden! He is back playing his folk rock style doing classic stuff like Johnny Cash, The Beatles, The Stones, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Simon and Garfunkel, Creedence, Van Morrison, Cat Stevens, etc. He also does 90′s material like Oasis, Foo Fighters, Weezer, The Violent Fems, and contemporary stuff like Old Crow, Mumford and Sons, etc. Casey has been a big hit every time he plays here!
